We are looking for an HSEQ Manager who will lead and develop the function to meet both today's and especially tomorrow's requirements as we are in a strong growth phase.
In the role as HSEQ Manager
The role of HSEQ Manager requires a person with excellent leadership, strong communication skills, and experience spanning many different areas. You are responsible for the company's management system. You have solid competence in all HSEQ responsibility areas, but we particularly value experience in the quality field. Your personal qualities are important to us as they are crucial for your success as an HSEQ Manager with us.
You will play an important role in Oresund DryDocks' commitment to being a modern, sustainable, and safe workplace. You report to our CEO and together you work to continuously improve our operations.
Qualities
We believe you have operational experience from a similar role in the maritime, industrial, or manufacturing sector and you are a problem-solver with a strong drive. You are thorough and organized in your work. You should be humble and preferably experienced working in an international environment. At the same time, you must be demanding and have clear leadership. You are proactive, energetic, and flexible, with a positive "can-do" attitude to drive the business forward and create added value. You have good experience conducting audits and certifications of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EN 1090, and EN 3834. You need to have good English language skills, both spoken and written, and a driver's license for cars.
