BKP functions as a local service partner to Bosch, which operates a facility conducting vehicle testing in cold climates 10 km outside Arjeplog. BKP is responsible for operating and maintaining this winter test facility and providing the service required to conduct successful testing operations, ranging from track preparation, facility operation and maintenance, to events and research arrangements. BKP is service; we take care of our customer's facilities and resources and handle all the services required to maintain a world-class test facility! About the Position The HSEQ Manager role is broad, and you are expected to work both operatively and strategically. The position primarily involves elevating HSEQ matters throughout the company and integrating quality and safety issues into all facility processes. The HSEQ Manager reports to the Site Manager and is part of BKP's management team. What Will You Be Working With? As HSEQ Manager, you will lead and develop the company's work regarding quality and environment, which means: >> Setting goals and working toward goal achievement in the area >> Working with continuous improvements and providing support to identify improvement measures that promote profitability and quality >> Maintaining a world-class management system that accurately reflects operations and meets certification according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 >> Conducting, documenting, and following up on audits >> Leading management reviews and preparing quality and environmental documentation for these. Participating in customer Bosch's internal audits/visits/assessments. The HSEQ Manager is responsible for the facility's security company (Securitas), meaning overseeing and managing routines and work performed by the security company's personnel. The facility's own health and safety officer (Die Johanniter) reports to the HSEQ Manager, who is the designated liaison with customer Bosch. In addition to HSEQ-related tasks, you are expected in this role to also serve as department manager for cleaning services. This involves personnel responsibility including recruitment, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations during peak season. Who Are You? A driven person who wants to move forward.
