Read more about Autoliv on their website About the Position As HSE Specialist, you will be part of a small HR team where you are responsible for the company's work in health, safety, and environment. The role is independent and involves driving and developing HSE work while closely collaborating with engineers, safety representatives, and functions within quality and facilities. The focus of the role is to ensure that operations comply with applicable legal requirements and to drive preventive occupational health and safety work. This means you work with everything from risk assessments, safety inspections, and follow-up of sick leave to supporting operations with occupational health issues and identifying improvement measures. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring compliance with occupational health and environmental legislation. - Driving and developing the company's occupational health and safety work. - Conducting risk assessments and safety inspections. - Investigating accidents, incidents, and work-related injuries. - Training managers and employees in occupational health and safety. - Following up on key performance indicators for safety and environment. - Coordinating certifications such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. - Supporting operations on matters related to chemical handling, machinery safety, and environmental impact. We are Looking for Someone Who - Has at least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role within industry or manufacturing. - Has good knowledge of Swedish occupational health and environmental legislation. - Has experience working with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. - Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
