Job Responsibilities In your role as an HSE Expert, you will, among other things: Support the project organization on health, safety, and environmental matters. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, customer requirements, and internal procedures. Conduct safety rounds, site visits, and audits. Follow up on risk assessments, incidents, and corrective actions. Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a strong safety culture. Provide support to project management, contractors, and other stakeholders. Your Profile To thrive in this role, we believe you are committed, organized, and solution-oriented. You are confident in your expertise and enjoy working closely with people in project environments. We would like to see that you: Have experience in QHSE, HSE, or KMA within construction, industry, or data centers. Have good knowledge of occupational health and safety work. Have good knowledge of infrastructure work. Enjoy working actively in the project. Are communicative and experienced in collaborating with different stakeholders. Speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Have a valid driver's license (Category B). Experience from data center projects or other technically complex construction projects is a merit.
