Are you interested in working with systems administration and development within HR? We are now seeking an HR Systems Administrator who wants to contribute to quality, efficiency, and development in an organization where public benefit for residents is the ultimate goal. As a systems administrator, you will be part of a team of four people and, together with your colleagues in our central HR unit, you will provide expert support on systems issues to the organization. The main focus is on maintaining and developing our HR system, Heroma, but HR systems administration also includes other systems that may become relevant to work with. Environmental monitoring is an important part of your work as we are always striving to develop, which means you may also be a contact person and requirements setter toward system vendors. You will work with documentation such as manuals, newsletters, and procedures, and when needed, plan and conduct training. An important task is support to the operations coordinators and specifically to the regional staff. The role also includes participating in version updates and other changes to the HR system, which means correctly handling changed prerequisites in laws, central and local collective agreements, guidelines, and procedures. You participate in various networks and user groups both internally and externally, and collaborate daily with colleagues outside your own unit. You are an important part of an internal network with local coordinators, HR, finance, and payroll functions, as well as various roles within IT management. About You We are looking for you with higher education or other training that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience with systems administration and knowledge of healthcare organization and management of scheduling and staffing in 24/7 operations. You have several years of professional experience and preferably some as a manager. It is a merit if you have experience training and creating user documentation. Knowledge of the HR system Heroma or other major payroll systems is a requirement, and it is a merit if you have knowledge of the laws and agreements that exist in the public sector as well as the payroll process. To succeed in this role, you need to be a problem solver who drives your work forward. You have good collaboration skills and build good relationships with those you meet in your work. You are organized and have no problem working with multiple tasks in parallel. You take initiative and responsibility for moving the work forward whether you work alone or with others. You have pedagogical skills and can easily see connections and can prioritize what is best for the operations from a holistic perspective.
