About the Position At Perido, we're looking for an HR Support specialist for one of our clients, a successful automotive company. The position is based at the client's headquarters in Gothenburg. Your Responsibilities The HR Support role involves being a first point of contact for employees, HR Business Partners, and managers with various HR-related questions. Support is provided primarily via phone and email, in both Swedish and English. A central part of the role is to provide professional and service-oriented support, guide employees to the right information and self-service solutions, and ensure that HR matters are handled clearly, efficiently, and with high quality. The position also includes fixed phone coverage hours, which requires the candidate to be comfortable working in a structured and service-oriented manner with incoming calls during set times. You feel confident on the phone and are comfortable handling multiple incoming questions throughout the day while communicating clearly and professionally with both employees and managers. With a structured work approach, you follow established processes and routines while maintaining high integrity and understanding the importance of handling HR and personnel information responsibly. Qualifications: - Experience in HR, HR support, HR administration, or similar - Previous experience in service desk, customer support, or other roles involving extensive people contact - Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written - Comfortable answering questions and providing support via phone - Strong communication skills and ability to explain information, processes, and guidelines in a simple and professional manner - Good computer and system skills - Structured and careful in handling information and cases Meritorious: - Experience working with HR systems, case management systems, or self-service portals - Post-secondary education in HR, personnel science, administration, service, or equivalent Scope and Start Date Full-time, consulting assignment through December 31, 2026.
