Our team of five people works together for the municipality's five departments with different assignments and specialist areas. 1 position(s). WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As an HR Strategist with us, you contribute to ensuring that all our municipal operations succeed in their mission to reach the municipality's vision and goals and create good service for our citizens in Oxelösund. You are part of an HR team that together with its various competencies contributes to good leadership and employee relations in our operations. In that work, your role is to be a qualified knowledge resource, educator, advisor, and provide good service. In your assignment, you will work both operatively and strategically. Main areas of responsibility where you are responsible for developing, driving, and maintaining in-depth knowledge in: • Drive and develop processes that support the municipality's workplace environment work and work with follow-ups in the workplace environment area. • Arrange workplace environment training for managers and safety representatives • Be the municipality's contact person and conduct follow-ups with the Occupational Health Service. • Maintain high knowledge within the area of harassment and discrimination and function as a specialist and investigator within the area. • Qualified knowledge support to managers in complex rehabilitation matters, and matters related to such as alcohol and drugs and threats and violence. • Process lead risk assessments in various work groups, for example prior to changes or signals of unhealthy work stress • Analyze and report personnel statistics, regarding for example sick leave, work injuries, and incidents, and be system responsible for the system support Adato and Novi. Our managers will turn to you for advice and support, particularly on matters concerning the main area of responsibility such as systematic workplace environment work, rehabilitation, and risk assessments. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, you should have an academic degree with a focus on human resources. If you have further education within the workplace environment area, it is a merit. Furthermore, you need to have several years of work experience within the HR field and you need to have good knowledge of the Work Environment Act and the Work Environment Authority's regulations. You also need to have experience conducting training. It is a merit if you have experience working in public operations and if you have previously worked with a focus on workplace environment and rehabilitation. To thrive in the role as HR Strategist with a focus on workplace environment, you need to have a strong interest in employer issues, particularly related to the workplace environment area. You should have the ability to work independently, be trustworthy, responsible, pedagogical, professional, and confident in yourself. Furthermore, you should be collaboration-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
