What will your job responsibilities be? - Support the team with methodological oversight of the HR area, including process setup, creation and updating of internal policies, and ensuring compliance with current legislation, - Provide expert assistance to HR professionals and supervisors, including addressing employment law questions and recommending appropriate procedures, - Execute key HR activities – recruitment and employee selection, personnel record management, preparation of payroll department documentation, onboarding, and administration of employment relationships from hire through termination, - Close collaboration with other university departments (legal, finance, occupational health and safety, IT), - Active involvement in developing modern HR processes and tools, including participation in strategic HR projects (HR Award and others). How do we envision you? - You have secondary or higher education in: HR management, law, or adult education, - You are familiar with the Labor Code and related regulations and can translate them into understandable internal rules, - You can independently solve tasks, propose improvements, have strong communication skills, and are eager to develop a modern HR environment, - You speak English at least at B1 level and can actively use it in daily communication and work with professional materials. It would be advantageous if you have: - PC user skills (MS Office), - Experience in HR and personnel activities, - Experience with the EGJE personnel system, - Knowledge of the higher education environment.
