As an HR Specialist, you will have a broad and varied assignment that combines both general and specialized HR work. Your role involves a particular focus on providing close and qualified support to managers. You will have many points of contact and collaborate with managers, trade unions, and employees. You will also have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in a subject area within one of the different working groups in our HR department. You create trusting and constructive collaboration by having the ability to see people, opinions, and tasks from multiple perspectives. At the same time, you have an integrity in your professional role that allows you to remain steady in complex situations. You are driven by achieving results and developing in your professional role, but also by contributing to the development of the administration's HR work. We are three HR units working with close manager support and consisting of approximately 12-15 employees. Your placement may be at one of the units at Zirkongatan (Southwest) or Vågmästaregatan (Hisingen). Together with approximately 120 colleagues in the HR department, we strive to be proactive, competent, and engaged and to provide the best support we can! About You We are looking for someone who has: • A university degree in HR or another field that the employer deems relevant for the position. • We consider experience in qualified HR work in a broad role as meriting consideration.
