Description Are you passionate about recruitment and want to help create the best conditions for our disability support services? We're now looking for an engaged HR specialist for a role where you'll have clear responsibilities and be part of a secure and competent team. The Staffing and Recruitment Unit Northeast/Southwest is one of three staffing units within the Disability Support Administration. Together we are approximately 50 employees working to ensure stable staffing when regular personnel are absent. Our work contributes to a safe and functioning operation for both service users and staff. On the unit, the unit manager, HR specialists, and staffing administrators work closely together. We share knowledge, support each other, and work together to provide operations with professional and operationally relevant support. Job Duties With us, you'll have primary responsibility for one of our areas, becoming the natural contact point for managers. You'll support them throughout the recruitment process and be an important sounding board on staffing-related matters. You'll work in a team with a staffing administrator, and together you'll ensure efficient and quality-assured staffing. You'll work with competency-based recruitment and conduct structured interviews to ensure a fair, objective, and unbiased recruitment process. The role is varied and includes, beyond recruitment, also advisory and administrative tasks. Your duties will include: Have overall responsibility for the staffing and recruitment process within your area. Support and collaborate with managers to ensure staffing needs, planning, and quality. Review applications, make selections, and conduct interviews. Conduct reference checks and verify certificates and grades. Administer and document various parts of the recruitment process. Responsible for and support operations in vacation-period recruitment. Participate in employer branding activities to strengthen our attractiveness as an employer. Handle matters and administration related to the Employment Protection Act (LAS). Working Hours You work daytime hours Monday to Friday, no holidays. Qualifications We're looking for you who have a university degree from a human resources program or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience independently managing the entire recruitment process and are used to handling multiple parallel recruitments simultaneously. It's a merit if you have experience with competency-based and norm-aware recruitment. You have good knowledge of the Employment Protection Act (LAS) and Swedish labor law and express yourself fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing. It's particularly meritorious if you have experience working within, or towards, disability support services, such as group and service homes, housing support, day activities, or personal assistance. If you've previously worked as a consultant providing management support within recruitment or HR, we also see that as a great advantage. It's also positive if you have experience working in public administration or staffing. If you've additionally worked in the systems Time Care Pool, Personec, Winlas, or Varbi, that's a merit.
