The County Administrative Board's approximately 300 employees work as the government's representative at the regional level. Here we work to provide support to regional management and other managers and employees on a wide range of issues. We work with operational development and planning, economics, procurement, personnel matters, communication, security issues, case management, and internal services. Our mission encompasses many political goals and extends throughout the entire region. As an HR specialist with us, you will have a support function and serve as qualified support to managers on HR matters. You will also have special responsibility for driving and developing work within occupational health and safety and workforce planning, and working on these issues both operatively and strategically. Work Tasks In this role, you will provide qualified support to managers and have two major focus areas on occupational health and safety and workforce planning. You will drive and develop occupational health and safety matters at the agency. This includes, among other things: be a driving force in systematic occupational health and safety work. collaborate with managers, safety representatives, and employees to identify risks and propose measures, and provide support when needed in rehabilitation matters. monitor and analyze occupational health and safety data and propose improvements. stay updated on legislation and practice. conducting training on occupational health and safety matters. Within workforce planning, you will work to develop processes and working methods in this area, which includes: working with onboarding. collaborate with managers regarding transition and competency development in accordance with the state transition agreement to ensure that the right competencies are retained and developed within the agency. follow trends in workforce planning. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: academic education in HR/personnel science. at least three years of experience in qualified HR work. experience with operational and strategic work on systematic occupational health and safety. a strong ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. Experience in interpreting laws/collective agreements related to employment law in practice. The position involves many contact points, which requires good collaboration skills and the ability to build trusting relationships over time. You do this by being constructive and pedagogical in your dialogue – both in the training assignment and in the ongoing work, where you adapt your message to the recipient. The work also requires that you take great responsibility for your tasks and assignments, while there is also opportunity for coordination and support together with your colleagues. Meritorious Requirements: It is meritorious if you have: experience with operational and strategic work on workforce planning. worked with HR within a government agency or public operation.
