Do you want to be part of developing the Swedish Tax Agency's work environment efforts while contributing to the greater good of society? We're looking for an HR specialist in work environment who wants to make a difference – in daily operations, during change, and when it really matters. In this role, you'll combine strategic and operational work by driving development, creating sustainable structures, and supporting managers and operations in translating requirements, knowledge, and care into a safe and sustainable work environment. Help us make society possible!
About the Job
As an HR specialist in work environment, you'll work with governance and support within the work environment area. You'll help create common approaches and effective processes for, among other things, our systematic work environment efforts (SAM) and organizational and social work environment efforts (OSA), and ensure they function in practice in a large and complex organization.
You will, among other things:
- develop, manage, and anchor governance, procedures, and support related to the entire work environment area, with a focus on SAM and OSA
- provide qualified support to managers and HR colleagues on work environment issues both proactively and when situations require trusted guidance
- contribute to investigations and preventive work related to, for example, harassment and discrimination, and strengthen common working methods
- plan and conduct training initiatives, guidance, and communication so that more people can easily do the right thing
- collaborate with safety organizations and employee organizations, and contribute to cross-agency forums related to the work environment area
You naturally switch between strategic questions about how we should move forward and operational needs in daily work, where you contribute to finding solutions here and now. In this role, you have many contact points and move confidently in different contexts. You also handle situations where the pace is high and the situation may feel pressured, with stability and professionalism. Through your approach, you build trust, bring people along, and drive matters through to completion.
You'll be part of the employer unit in the HR department with just over 50 employees and will be based in Malmö, Gothenburg, or Sundbyberg.
We have flexible working hours and for us, balance between work and personal life is a given.
