We are looking for an HR Specialist in workplace environment who wants to make a difference – in everyday work, in times of change, and when it really matters. In this role, you will combine strategic and operational work by driving development, creating sustainable structures, and supporting managers and operations in translating requirements, knowledge, and care into a safe and sustainable work environment. Help us make society possible! About the job As an HR Specialist in workplace environment, you will work with governance and support within the workplace environment area. You will contribute to creating common approaches and efficient processes for, among other things, our systematic workplace environment work (SAM) and organizational and social workplace environment work (OSA), and ensure that it functions in practice in a large and complex organization. You will, among other things: - develop, manage, and anchor governance, procedures, and support related to the entire workplace environment area with a focus on SAM and OSA - provide qualified support to managers and HR colleagues on workplace environment matters both proactively and when the situation requires trusted advice - contribute to investigations and preventive work related to, for example, harassment and discrimination, and strengthen common approaches - plan and carry out training initiatives, guidance, and communication so that more people can easily do the right thing - collaborate with safety representatives and worker organizations and contribute to inter-agency forums related to the workplace environment area You naturally switch between strategic questions about how we should work going forward and operational needs in everyday work, where you contribute to finding solutions here and now. In this role, you have many contact points and move confidently in different contexts. You also handle situations where the pace is high and the situation can feel pressured, with stability and professionalism. Through your approach, you build trust, bring people with you, and drive matters all the way to completion. You will be part of the employer unit in the HR department with over 50 employees and will be based in Malmö, Gothenburg, or Sundbyberg. In this job, you should: - have a very strong ability to work independently, which means you plan and drive your work forward to achieve good results - have a good ability to collaborate with others and be helpful, which means you are responsive to others' perspectives and take responsibility for completing shared tasks - take initiative, think innovatively, and take positions on issues - be able to explain complex matters in a pedagogical way and adapt your message to different audiences to create understanding - analyze and break down complex issues, draw conclusions, and develop solutions - express yourself very well in speech and writing - be able to analyze information flows, see connections, and make decisions You should also have: - university or higher education of at least 120 credits/180 ECTS with relevant focus (e.g., personnel science, behavioral science, law) or other current, qualified, and relevant work experience/education for the position that the employer deems equivalent - several years of current and relevant experience in qualified work within the workplace environment area, including systematic workplace environment work (SAM) and organizational and social workplace environment (OSA) - broad HR experience with a clear focus on workplace environment, as well as experience working in an integrated manner with workplace environment, leadership, and organizational culture - experience with workplace environment work in times of change with a focus on collaboration, learning, and sustainable organizations It is desirable that you have experience from similar work at a state agency. Employment with us may involve placement in a security class.
