The Swedish Social Insurance Agency's HR Department is a central department where all HR resources are gathered. The department is organizationally divided into three operational areas: employer support, management and employee development, and staffing and recruitment. Training, Competency Development, Learning The Management and Employee Development operational area consists of three units: Employee Development, Management & Leadership Development, and Digital Production. We are now seeking an employee for the Employee Development unit. The unit's overall mission is to enable all employees to strengthen and continuously develop in their roles from a holistic perspective. We provide consultative and business-oriented support to departments within the organization by initiating, planning, producing, implementing, and following up on competency development initiatives. Our training is primarily conducted digitally, but physical training may also occur. Responsibilities and Key Tasks deliver high-quality competency development initiatives across the entire agency with flexibility and pedagogy as guiding principles ensure high pedagogical quality in the implementation of initiatives develop, produce, and revise various forms of initiatives based on assignments act as support and mentor to new trainers facilitate meetings and workshops on pedagogy, learning, and other topics represent the employer in delivering training initiatives monitor quality in the implementation of initiatives and watch for changes and updates ensure you stay updated on pedagogy and the areas you train in continuously monitor external developments in pedagogy and learning This is a job for someone who wants to take responsibility. We Are Looking For You If You have a degree from a university or college in pedagogy and learning and/or leadership development, or equivalent experience/qualifications have extensive experience leading learning processes, implementing and developing competency development initiatives on a full-time basis, preferably remotely have experience introducing and mentoring new employees have knowledge of workplace learning in a large public agency/organization are familiar with pedagogical development relevant to a large public agency/organization act on your own initiative and take responsibility for high-quality results have a systematic and thorough work approach come up with innovative ideas and solutions that promote development have good communication skills can understand and analyze complex issues have good pedagogical ability collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals have the ability to build relationships and establish trust both remotely and in person It Is an Advantage If You have knowledge of and experience training in any of the following areas: conversation and customer service, administrative law, human rights, the state's values foundation, preventing men's violence against women have solid experience in project management from implementation to development and production of competency development initiatives have experience analyzing and developing competency development initiatives based on target group needs have experience developing pedagogical approaches for blended learning have experience analyzing and developing competency development initiatives based on target group needs have knowledge of how digital pedagogy can be developed and implemented in a large organization have knowledge and experience with a Learning Management System We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
