Specialist role for you who are strong in labor law, negotiation, collective agreements, and qualified management support. We're looking for you who want to be available for upcoming consulting assignments where your expertise can quickly make a difference in a professional and community-focused operation. The exact content, scope, and way of working vary between assignments. Responsibilities Provide qualified labor law advice Support managers in complex HR matters Prepare and conduct labor negotiations Interpret collective agreements, legislation, and internal guidelines Develop decision-making materials, analyses, and recommendations Requirements for the Role At least 5 years of experience in qualified HR work Documented specialist expertise in labor law Experience with labor negotiations and collective agreements Ability to independently provide qualified support to managers and leadership Very good Swedish language skills, spoken and written Meritorious Experience from the public sector Experience with reorganization, redundancy, or complex individual cases Experience with work environment and rehabilitation matters Who We're Looking For Analytical, clear, and stable with high integrity. You dare to provide clear recommendations and can make complex legal matters understandable for the organization. Work Location and Setup Assignments are located in the Jämtland Region and may involve on-site work at the organization, hybrid arrangements, or in some cases remote work. For certain roles, travel within the region may occur. The exact workplace, working hours, and practical setup are always presented before you decide on a specific assignment.
