JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to work with qualified labor law in a role where you both drive matters strategically and make a difference in everyday operations? We are looking for an HR Specialist with a focus on labor law and negotiation who wants to help develop the municipality's employer policy and support our managers in complex matters. The HR Unit is part of the municipality's central support services and is organizationally placed within the Municipal Executive Board administration. Here we work closely with managers throughout the organization and are responsible for developing and coordinating both strategic and operational HR work. We are four HR Specialists and four payroll administrators who work closely and support each other. You will become part of a competent and engaged work group characterized by excellent collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for labor law matters and provide support to our managers and other HR colleagues. You independently manage cases and simultaneously contribute to the development of structures and working methods. Your main responsibilities: • Be responsible for and develop salary reviews and pay mapping. • Independently lead and conduct labor negotiations, for example MBL, dispute, and individual matters. • Represent the municipality as an employer in dialogue and cooperation with labor organizations. • Provide qualified support and advice to managers on labor law matters. • Ensure correct and consistent application of laws and collective agreements. • Plan and conduct training in labor law and negotiation. The role involves many contact points and you will be an important part of creating clarity and security in employer matters together with us in the unit. QUALIFICATIONS We want you to have: • Academic education in HR or law. • Experience with qualified HR work in a municipality with a focus on labor law and negotiation. • Experience independently leading and conducting labor negotiations. • Good knowledge of labor law legislation. • Experience handling complex personnel matters and change processes. To thrive in the role, you are confident in yourself and your competence. You build trust when meeting with both managers and union representatives and express yourself clearly, with the ability to adapt your communication to the situation and needs. You have an analytical approach and can make well-founded assessments even in complex matters. At the same time, you are unpretentious and have a solution-focused working approach, where you provide clear advice and drive matters forward. We place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate.
