Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will have a central function in developing and strengthening work environment and rehabilitation efforts, both within the Care and Services Administration and at the municipality-wide level in Linköping. You are responsible for driving strategic, proactive, and systematic work environment efforts with focus on both operational and employee needs.
You are the administration's specialist support in rehabilitation and work both strategically and operatively. The work is characterized by close collaboration with operations-based HR consultants, managers, union representatives, safety representatives, and chief safety representatives. You also collaborate with other HR specialists in work environment to develop and coordinate work environment efforts across the municipality.
