HR Specialist Global Company Malmö | Full-Time Are you a service-oriented HR specialist who enjoys combining HR administration, employee support, and work within compensation and benefits? We are now seeking an HR Specialist at Manpower for an extended consulting assignment with a global company in Malmö. Here you will have the opportunity to work broadly within HR with a particular focus on Compensation & Benefits in an international environment. Your Role As an HR Specialist, you will become an important part of the Nordic HR function. The role is broad and operational with a focus on supporting the business in HR administration, payroll processes, benefits, and HR systems. You will work with, among other things: Coordination and follow-up of payroll processes together with an external payroll provider Handling of questions regarding salary, pension, and benefits Support with salary reviews and HR-related reporting Administration in HR systems HR support to employees and managers Onboarding and offboarding Coordination of HR administrative activities in Sweden as well as some support toward Norway and Denmark Other HR and office-related administrative tasks This is a role for you who appreciate variety in your daily work and who want to be an important support function in an international organization. We Are Looking For You Have academic education within HR, for example a degree in Personnel Management, Personnel and Work Life Science, or similar Have approximately 3-5 years of experience from an HR support, HR administrator, or HR specialist role Have experience working within Compensation & Benefits, for example salary, pensions, and employee benefits Have experience with HR administration and HR processes Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English Meritorious Experience with SAP Experience with ADP or another payroll system Experience with HR support toward Norway and/or Denmark Experience from an international or global organization Who Are You?
