The HR department is a strategic partner and support to the organization. We work consultatively within HR's main processes, including recruitment, rehabilitation, compensation, equality, work environment and employment law. We are located in the municipal administration office and are centrally situated in City Hall, but we serve all four departments across the organization. Our focus areas are strategic competence supply, sustainable employee engagement, a supportive work environment and courageous and secure leaders. In recent years, we have made significant progress in our work with health promotion factors. A resource team consisting of HR staff, managers and chief safety representatives drives development toward workplaces where employees feel good, develop and take pride in their work. You will be part of our HR team consisting of two HR consultants, one HR administrator, one HR strategist and one HR specialist focused on work environment. Our colleagues in the payroll function also work in the HR department. Together we have broad HR expertise and contribute different perspectives in both operational and strategic HR work. Together with the HR consultants, you are responsible for coaching and supporting the municipality's managers. We are seeking a confident, relationship-building and solution-oriented HR specialist. With us, you will become part of a dedicated HR department that creates value for the municipality's approximately 1,600 employees and 80 managers, based on the municipality's vision, values and goals. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS With us you will have a broad role where you work both strategically and operationally within HR. The focus is on employment law, where you will become qualified support to managers in matters concerning legislation, collective agreements, negotiations and handling of complex personnel matters. You are qualified support to managers and coach them in complex matters that require good judgment and clear communication. The role also includes working with rehabilitation and coordinating rehabilitation initiatives, following up processes and contributing to sustainable solutions. You support managers in recruitment and contribute to long-term work on work environment and competence supply. You plan and conduct training for the organization's managers. You drive improvement work by developing routines, work methods and processes that strengthen the HR function and create a more efficient and professional organization. You work both independently and together with colleagues, take your own initiatives and contribute your expertise to the development of the operation. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, you have: • University degree in Human Resources/Personnel Science or other equivalent education that the employer considers relevant for the position. • Experience in qualified HR work for 5-8 years, where you have worked on matters concerning work environment, rehabilitation, recruitment and employment law. • Excellent knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written • Class B driver's license You thrive in a dynamic organization and are a confident and stable person motivated by independent work.
