Regarding experience, we see that the right person will be strong in three different areas: Compensation & Benefits You have expertise and experience in Compensation & Benefits matters. Further, we see that you have worked with salary mapping, salary structuring, and pay gap analysis. Due to your HR background, you are comfortable in HR-related discussions with customers. You have the ability and expertise to act as an advisor to clients on Compensation & Benefits matters. Project Management You have experience driving larger projects and managing multiple stakeholders. You work structurally toward deadlines and have experience managing complex implementations. Change Management This becomes important as our client works to support customers through a significant organizational transformation. Therefore, you need to be skilled at driving change initiatives, creating customer engagement, and getting organizations to adopt new ways of working. We are seeking someone who: Has at least 3 years of experience in compensation & benefits Has experience managing complex and large projects Speaks and writes both Swedish and English fluently Thrives in a technical organization and has the willingness and aptitude to work data-driven To thrive in the team and succeed in the role, you are someone who is strong in self-leadership and serves as a role model for more junior colleagues, contributing insights and inspiration based on your experience leading complex projects. Additionally, you are organized and communicative, you are confident in customer conversations and discussions with senior decision-makers. Of course, you thrive in environments of change, as this is exactly the (positive) transformation related to pay transparency and salary structures that you as a company drive with your customers, and you continuously strive to improve both internal processes and your customers' operations. About the Position This is a direct recruitment. This means that OIO will project-manage the recruitment process, but you will sign an employment agreement with and be employed by our client from day 1.
