Regarding previous experience, we see that the right person is strong in three different areas: Compensation & BenefitsYou have expertise and experience in Compensation & Benefits matters. Furthermore, we see that you have worked with salary mapping, salary formation, and wage gap analyses. Due to your HR background, you are comfortable in HR-related discussions with customers. You have the ability and competence to act in an advisory capacity to customers in Compensation & Benefits. Project ManagementYou have experience driving larger projects and managing multiple stakeholders. You work in a structured manner toward deadlines and have experience keeping complex implementations on track. Change ManagementThis will be important as our client works to support customers through an important transformation in their operations. Therefore, you need to be good at driving change initiatives, creating customer engagement, and getting organizations to adopt new ways of working. We are therefore looking for someone who: Has at least 3 years of experience in compensation & benefits Has experience managing complex and large projects Speaks and writes both Swedish and English very well Thrives in a technical organization and has the willingness and aptitude to work data-driven To thrive in the team and succeed in the role, you are a person who is strong in your own self-leadership and is a role model for more junior colleagues, contributing insights and inspiration related to your experience leading complex projects. In addition, you are structured and communicative; you are not afraid to take space in customer dialogues and conversations with senior decision-makers. Of course, you thrive in environments of change, as it is precisely (positive) changes related to pay transparency and salary structure that you as a company drive with your customers, and you strive to continuously improve both internal processes and your customers' operations.
