HR Partner for Värmdö Municipality (Temporary Position)

We are now seeking an HR Partner who wants to work in a dynamic municipal operation alongside professional colleagues. You will work in an efficient environment where you get to take responsibility and make a difference in people's daily lives. The position is a 10-month temporary role with the possibility of extension. Start immediately by agreement. Your Assignment In the role of HR Partner, you will work both operatively and strategically to provide qualified HR support to managers across the entire HR field. You will be an important partner in matters concerning labor law, cooperation, competency provision, rehabilitation, work environment, and change management. Together with HR colleagues, you will also participate in strategic development work, design and implement training initiatives, and contribute to the development of HR processes and methods. The work takes place in close collaboration with an experienced HR team where you collectively support the management of operations. Your Experience We are looking for you to have a college or university education in HR or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Alternatively, you have several years of experience from a similar HR role. You have experience with broad, qualified HR work, are accustomed to cooperating with labor unions, and have good experience providing consultative HR support to managers. You express yourself well in speech and writing and have good pedagogical skills to adapt information to different target groups. As a person, you are self-driven, take initiative, and are responsible. You easily create and develop professional relationships, work solution-oriented, and have the ability to see the big picture of operations and long-term development. It is a merit if you have experience from municipal operations. Your Personal Qualities Initiative-taking - takes initiative, starts activities, and achieves results.
