Who we are looking for We are looking for someone with a degree in behavioral sciences with a focus on education or sociology, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience working in HR and are familiar with recruitment processes. It is meritorious if you have experience conducting tests in connection with recruitment, or alternatively personality tests. Experience in training coordination, management recruitment, or your own experience working as a manager is also valuable for the position. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities as the role involves broad collaboration across our region. As a person, you are mature and self-reliant. You have problem-solving abilities and value collaboration with others. What you will be working with In your role as HR Partner in the leadership, culture and learning team, you will work in a team that coordinates initiatives in management development and training for the region's managers. The team is also responsible for the region's management recruitment, where you will be responsible for the process and implementation.
