KAEFER AB is seeking an HR Partner based at our headquarters in Stora Höga. Do you want to be one of two HR professionals joining us on our continued journey to develop our HR operations? As an HR Partner at KAEFER, you will be part of the HR department which, besides you, consists of an HR Manager. Since the department is small, HR work will be highly varied and you will work administratively, operationally, and strategically. You will provide proactive and professional support to our managers across the entire HR field, with a focus on developing and streamlining our HR processes based on business needs. Initially, much of your work will involve structuring, administering, and developing HR processes that create added value for the organization. Since the HR department is small, you will have significant opportunities to influence both the role's content and HR work in general. Your main responsibilities: • Administration throughout the employee journey, such as hiring, apprenticeship management, employee conversations, and skills planning. • Coach and guide managers in HR processes, leadership matters, and personnel issues. • Interpret and apply laws and collective agreements, handle employment law matters, and conduct labor negotiations. • Conduct salary reviews and audits. • Develop, compile, and report statistics and other HR-related information internally and externally. Since our managers are located in several places in Sweden, daily contact primarily occurs via phone and digital channels. Qualifications You hold a university degree in HR, personnel science, or similar, and have several years of experience in varied and broad HR work. You have experience with different HR systems, possess strong digital skills, and have experience working with both HR administration and coaching managers in HR processes and personnel matters. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, and a valid driver's license as travel is part of the role. Advantages include experience from the construction and industrial services sector and knowledge of one or more of the following collective agreements: the Construction Agreement, the Technical Installation Agreement, the Sheet Metal and Ventilation Agreement, the Painting Agreement, and the Technical Agreement.
