The HR Department at Region Norrbotten has a broad mandate to support and develop the region's managers and operations. We work closely with our operations in the areas of workforce planning, work environment, leadership, labor law, and compensation—with the goal of contributing to a sustainable working life and an attractive employer. We are now seeking an engaged HR Partner for HR Direct, our first line of support for the region's managers. What we're looking for We're looking for someone with academic education in behavioral sciences, human resources, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have a genuine interest in people and employer-related matters. Experience in HR, labor law, or qualified administration is a merit. As a person, you are: Solution-oriented and see opportunities in change. Structured and comfortable managing multiple tasks in parallel. Self-driven with strong self-leadership. A relationship-building team player who enjoys collaboration and contributes to the team's shared results. Interested in how AI and data-driven approaches can develop HR processes and create value for operations. Clear and service-oriented in your interactions with managers, both by phone and through digital case management. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. What you'll be working with As an HR Partner in HR Direct, you provide professional support to managers and work in an advisory, operational, and administrative capacity. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
