HR Partner to the Swedish Public Employment Service in Stockholm, Malmö, or Gothenburg

We are looking for an HR partner with broad experience in qualified HR work. The role involves close support to the agency's managers on HR matters, both in daily operations and in longer-term strategic issues. As an HR partner, you work in close partnership with operational managers and leadership groups, while also being part of a large national HR department. You're joining at an exciting time as the HR department has recently reorganized and ongoing development work is underway. Job Description You work both operatively and strategically, proactively and in response to needs. You are the managers' natural collaboration partner in daily work, but also someone who challenges them to think differently. Provide qualified HR support to managers and leadership groups with a focus on workforce planning, organizational and social work environment, as well as leadership and employee engagement. Identify managers' needs, determine which HR solution best meets the need, and implement it yourself or together with an HR department colleague. Represent the employer in employment law matters and assist managers with cooperation and labor relations issues. Initiate, drive, follow up on, and ensure quality in managers' compliance with overarching HR processes, procedures, methods, laws, and agreements. Strengthen managers' HR competence and contribute to operational planning processes, both annual and longer-term. Work takes place in close collaboration with other HR partners in your unit and with specialized functions within the HR department. Who Are You? More About Working With Us Basic Requirements for the Position Relevant academic education of at least 120 credits/180 ECTS in HR, personnel science, or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent and suitable for the assignment. Multiple years of experience in qualified and broad HR work. Current experience working with operationally-close HR in both operational and strategic capacities.
