HR Partner to the Swedish Public Employment Service in Östersund, Malmö, or Gothenburg

We are looking for an HR partner with broad experience in qualified HR work. The role involves providing close support to the agency's managers on HR matters, both in daily operations and in longer-term strategic issues. As an HR partner, you work in close partnership with operational managers and management groups, while also being part of a large national HR department. You are joining at an exciting time when the HR department has recently entered a new organizational structure and ongoing development work is underway. Job Description You work both operatively and strategically, proactively and based on identified needs. You are the managers' natural collaboration partner in day-to-day work, but also someone who challenges them to think in new ways. Provide qualified HR support to managers and management groups with a focus on workforce planning, organizational and social work environment, and leadership and employee engagement. Identify managers' needs, determine which HR delivery best meets those needs, and implement it yourself or together with HR department colleagues. Represent the employer in labor law matters and assist managers in cooperation issues. Initiate, drive, follow up, and ensure quality in managers' compliance with overarching HR processes, procedures, methods, laws, and agreements. Strengthen managers' HR competence and contribute to operational planning processes, both annual and longer-term. Work occurs in close collaboration with other HR partners in the unit and with specialist functions within the HR department. Who Are You? More About Working With Us Basic Requirements for the Position Relevant academic education of at least 120 credits/180 ECTS within HR, personnel science, or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent and suitable for the assignment. Several years of experience in qualified and broad HR work. Current experience working with operational HR matters both operatively and strategically.
