We are now seeking an HR Partner for a part-time position at 50% with one of our clients in Gothenburg who has worked independently with recruitment processes and has experience in personnel administration.
About the Assignment
This is a consulting assignment through Bemannia and is a part-time position at 50% from September 1, 2026 to December 18, 2026. Work takes place on-site at the client's location, and the number of days will be determined in consultation with the client.
Your Responsibilities
Recruiting collectively employed personnel for roles such as facility cleaners, environmental representatives, property custodians, and security personnel.
Recruiting salaried employees.
Ongoing personnel administration including contract drafting, documentation, and employee benefits.
Other HR-related tasks may also occur, but the focus is on recruitment.
Your Qualifications
University education such as personnel management programs or equivalent qualifications.
At least three (3) years of work experience in similar positions.
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
Knowledge of HR systems (such as Personec, TimeCare, etc.).
Good understanding of laws, regulations, and agreements in this field.
Experience independently conducting recruitment processes for both salaried and collectively employed positions.
Experience in personnel administration.
Merits
Knowledge of the recruitment tools Varbi and Personec.
