HR Partner with Payroll Expertise

About the Position As an HR Partner with payroll expertise, you will have an important operational role within the HR function, which currently consists of three people. We work both locally and globally in an operation characterized by high pace and continuous development. In your role, you work closely with the business with a focus on day-to-day HR support, where you guide managers and employees in labor law matters and ensure that processes and routines are followed. You drive and conduct labor negotiations independently and collaborate with labor unions. You will also serve as backup for payroll management. In the role you will have the opportunity to: Participate in and drive HR projects, both locally and globally. Provide high-quality HR support throughout an employee's employment, from onboarding to exit. Manage and quality assure HR master data in collaboration with our payroll specialist. Support managers with HR-related questions and develop leadership in the organization. Serve as backup for payroll management and support processes around payroll administration. Drive and develop efficient HR processes Provide internal and external reports Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: At least five years of experience in broad HR work, preferably in a mid-sized company. At least two years of experience in payroll administration and a good understanding of payroll processes. It is meritable if you have experience from warehouse, retail, or a process-driven company. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is meritable if you have worked with Flex HRM Experience in delivering presentations and training.
