Do you want to contribute to strengthening Region Norrbotten's preparedness with a focus on crisis management and civil defense, and ensure that the HR perspective becomes a clear part of the region's preparedness work? We are now seeking an HR Partner where you get to be involved in developing and shaping tomorrow's robust HR support in a societally important operation. What we are looking for We are looking for you who are an experienced HR partner with an interest in strategic development work and societal preparedness. You thrive in a role where you get to combine operational support with long-term planning and have the ability to see the whole picture in complex matters. You have good knowledge within the HR field, particularly linked to labor law and competence procurement. You are used to working in collaboration with several different stakeholders. It is meritorious if you have experience working with crisis preparedness, security work, or the public sector. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and driven. You are confident in taking responsibility, can prioritize in changing situations, and have a good ability to create trustworthy collaborations. What you will be working with In the role as HR Partner with a focus on preparedness, you will have a central function in strengthening HR's contribution to Region Norrbotten's work with crisis management and civil defense. You work both strategically and operatively to integrate the HR perspective into the region's overall preparedness work and contribute to developing working methods, processes, and planning that strengthen the region's capacity during crisis, heightened preparedness, and ultimately war. The role involves close collaboration with, among others, the security unit, regional crisis management, operations, other regions, and external stakeholders. Support and develop HR-related planning linked to war organization, personnel procurement, supply preparedness, and critical dependencies. Ensure that legislation, national requirements, and changes within the preparedness field are captured and translated into HR's working methods and support to operations. Contribute to planning, training, exercises, and active incidents and function as HR support in matters concerning crisis and heightened preparedness. Working hours daytime, start date by agreement. Security clearance will be conducted before appointment. Work location is Luleå. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
