We are seeking an experienced HR partner for the role of in-depth individual support and development. The function is under development, which means you will enter at a stage where you can influence how the team works, shape routines and processes, and contribute to building uniform, high-quality support in complex individual cases. The role involves close, accessible, and qualified support to managers and HR colleagues in complex personnel matters. Job Description Provide in-depth support to HR partners and managers in complex individual cases, both consultatively and by taking responsibility for transferred cases. Be a qualified resource in interpreting labor law, legislation, collective agreements, and internal guidelines. Collaborate closely with other HR partners on the unit through joint forums, dialogue, and coordination. Cooperate with other colleagues within the department in development and improvement work, such as developing routines, templates, and support materials. Contribute to the development of processes, working methods, and structures to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency. Monitor developments in the HR field and translate new knowledge into business value. Work with statistics, HR data, and analyses to identify areas for development and support a more proactive approach. Identify competency development needs and contribute to training and development initiatives for managers and HR colleagues. Take responsibility for external services not covered by standard orders from occupational health services and ensure appropriate support measures are implemented. Work takes place in close collaboration with other HR partners on the unit and with colleagues within the department. Who Are You? Our Offer This is a permanent full-time position that may begin with a six-month probationary period. The work location is Östersund, Stockholm, Malmö, or Gothenburg. Business travel may occur. More About Working With Us Basic Requirements for the Position Relevant academic education of at least 120 credits/180 ECTS in HR, personnel science, or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent and appropriate for the assignment. Multiple years of experience in qualified and broad HR work. Experience handling complex individual cases. Experience with and strong knowledge of labor law, rehabilitation, and employer-related matters. Experience documenting and administering complex individual cases in a structured, careful, and legally sound manner. Experience writing investigations, service notes, decision documents, and other qualified documentation. Additional Merits for the Position Experience in a similar role within public and/or state operations. Experience conducting investigations into harassment and discrimination.
