Who are we?
Our HR unit currently has 6 HR partners, 2 HR strategists, and 1 project manager, all with the same goal: to provide our approximately 130 managers with the very best conditions to lead and support our 3,000 employees – who in turn make a difference for everyone who lives, works, and spends time in Gislaveds Municipality.
We are part of a larger HR department with around 35 colleagues within four units: the HR unit, the staffing unit, the payroll unit, and occupational health. Here we work closely together, help each other across boundaries, and continuously develop our approach. At our organization, lack of pretense, team spirit, and value-creating relationships are central success factors.
Responsibilities
With us, you get to make a difference and further develop operations-focused HR work. This is done by being an HR partner to one of our administrative departments, where you support managers in all conceivable employer matters.
This includes:
- working operatively close to the organization and participating in the department's management meetings
- contributing a strategic employer perspective in both daily and long-term organizational matters
- supporting managers in recruitment, rehabilitation matters, individual cases, and negotiations
- participating in collaboration processes and conducting training
- being a trusted and solution-oriented advisor in an environment where a lot is happening
To the extent that operations allow and with your manager's approval, there is an opportunity for remote work to some extent.
As an HR Partner, you work closely with your colleagues within the department while being expected to take significant personal responsibility for your tasks.

Qualifications
You must:
- Have completed and passed a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field at the time of application.
Meritorious:
- Experience with broad HR work, preferably within public administration.
