Nyköping Municipality's HR department is in an exciting development phase where we are together developing future HR support for our operations. Our mission is to create the best possible conditions for a sustainable working life by supporting managers and operations in areas such as competency planning, work environment, employment law, and leadership. The HR department consists of approximately 40 employees across three units - Payroll, Operations Support, and Administration. You will join a team of 14 HR Partners and 3 HR Administrators who together support the municipality's various operations.
We work independently in our assignments but never alone. There are always colleagues here to discuss employment law questions with, reason through complex situations, or exchange experiences with. We believe we become better when we share knowledge and help each other.
We are now looking for an HR Partner who wants to help develop both our operations and our HR work.

WORK TASKS
As an HR Partner, you work closely with the operation's managers and provide qualified support in both daily HR work and long-term development issues.
Which operation you will work with is determined based on your experience, competence, and the operation's needs.
Your assignment covers the entire HR area and includes, among other things:
• providing support to managers within employment law, work environment, rehabilitation, and cooperation
• working with competency planning and recruitment
• driving and supporting the municipality's shared HR processes
• contributing to development and change initiatives
• collaborating closely with HR colleagues, HR strategists, and other specialist functions
The work is varied and no two weeks are the same. You will alternate between operational manager support, development work, and strategic HR matters. The role offers great freedom with responsibility, and you plan your work independently based on the operation's needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have:
• academic education in HR, personnel and working life, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• experience with qualified HR work or other experience that the employer deems relevant
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish orally and in writing
It is meritorious if you have:
• experience with qualified manager support
• experience with employment law matters
• experience from public sector operations
• a driver's license (B category)
