About the Position Södra Cell is one of the world's leading producers of pulp with a clear focus on sustainability, innovation, and long-term development. At our mill in Värö, we work together to create value throughout the entire chain, from forest to finished product, and our HR function plays a central role in enabling business development. We are now seeking an HR Partner for our team in Värö who wants to support the business on an exciting development journey with a strong focus on leadership, change, and talent management. What You'll Work With at Södra In the role of HR Partner, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business and provide important support to our managers on both operational and strategic HR matters. You will, for example, work with: wage reviews for salaried and collective employees trade union cooperation and work with collective agreement matters analysis of HR data and identification of trends advice in HR processes and labor law matters coordinating talent management work together with colleagues in learning and development manager support and coaching in change and development initiatives This is a permanent full-time position, based in Värö. Who We're Looking For We are seeking someone who thrives in a role where you can combine advisory, analysis, and operational work. You are confident in your HR expertise and have the courage to challenge managers with the goal of developing both leadership and business. To succeed in the role, you are: action-oriented and courageous, while having the ability to build trust structured with strong administrative and digital skills a person with high integrity and a professional approach collaboaration-focused and thrive in a changing environment We also see that you have experience with: several years of independent work in an HR role, preferably in a larger organization or in a business undergoing change trade union negotiations and collective agreement matters supporting, challenging, and developing managers in leadership and organizational development You have post-secondary education in HR/personnel science or equivalent experience. A driver's license is a requirement.
