Do you want a key role where accuracy really matters? To our office in Hallunda (Norsborg) we are now looking for an HR and payroll coordinator who can take independent overall responsibility for our payroll management – from start to finish. In this role, you are the one who ensures that all salaries are correct on time every month. About the role You are independently responsible for the entire payroll process and are an important support to the organization in both payroll and HR matters. The role involves you working closely with the HR manager and the business to create structure, quality and security in our processes. Main responsibilities Independently manage the entire monthly payroll run in Visma Payroll, for both salaried and collectively employed staff Ensure that salaries, taxes, deductions and benefits are correct Quality assure data from time tracking systems and follow up on discrepancies Handle: final settlements extra salary payments salary garnishments Report to Fora, Collectum and other external parties Make reconciliations and reports to authorities (e.g. the Tax Agency) Stay updated on collective agreements and new regulations When needed, assist with scheduling in the personnel system HR-related tasks Support recruitment and personnel matters Be administrative support to managers on HR issues Handle simple HR administration, e.g. employment contracts and personnel files We are looking for you who: Have experience with independent payroll management Are very thorough and quality-conscious Have good knowledge of collective agreements and payroll processes Have experience with Visma Payroll or similar systems Are structured, responsible and enjoy working independently Have good communication skills and can cooperate with both managers and employees Merits: Experience with broad HR work Knowledge of labor law and workplace environment issues Personal qualities To succeed in the role, you are: Thorough Independent and confident in your responsibility Solution-oriented and structured Service-minded but with integrity Why work for us?
