We are looking for a careful and reliable addition to our administrative and financial team at Mistry Mont s.r.o. What awaits you with us? - Complete payroll agenda: Processing payroll, contributions, sick leave benefits, annual tax settlements, and communication with authorities (ČSSZ, health insurance companies, tax office). - HR administration: Preparation of employment contracts, payroll statements, work performance agreements, maintenance of employee personnel files, and benefits management. - Onboarding and support: Attendance tracking, assistance with employee onboarding and departures, and daily HR and payroll counseling for employees. What do we need from you? - Education and experience: Secondary/higher education (with economics or HR focus) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position with independent payroll processing. - Professional knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Czech labor law, payroll legislation, tax regulations, and insurance contributions. - Technical skills: User proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) and preferably experience with modern accounting/payroll systems. - Personal qualities: Absolute discretion, empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
