JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: o Development and implementation of HR strategy in alignment with company goals. o Recruitment and onboarding of new employees across all company operations. o Establishing and developing performance evaluation, compensation, and employee training processes. o Supporting management with personnel-related matters. o Building a positive company culture and employee engagement. o Managing personnel administration and ensuring compliance with labor law. o Preparing HR reports and analyses for company leadership. REQUIREMENTS: o Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR position. o Knowledge of labor law. o Excellent communication and organizational skills. o Ability to independently manage projects and establish processes. o Proactive approach, discretion, and professionalism. o Proficiency with MS Office. o Driver's license category B EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: 37.5 hours/week, 5 weeks of vacation, Christmas bonus, meal allowance, pension contribution (after 1 year) INITIAL CONTACT: via email, in person, or by phone on weekdays 7:00 - 14:00
