We are now seeking an HR Coordinator for an international company with operations and employees around the world. The role is based in Gothenburg and involves close collaboration with HR, managers, and other internal stakeholders. About the Role In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and administering processes related to international relocations and employees working across borders. The focus is on operational management, administration, follow-up, and coordination, where accuracy and attention to detail are key success factors. Your responsibilities include, among others: - Advising and supporting employees, HR, and managers on matters related to Global/International Mobility - Managing and following up on compensation, benefits, cost calculations, and related administration - Compiling, analyzing, and quality-assuring data, reports, and supporting documentation - Ensuring that processes and documentation comply with internal guidelines and applicable regulations - Supporting work permit processes in the Swedish context - Identifying deviations and ensuring high quality in administrative processes - Contributing to the development and improvement of working methods, processes, and routines Who Are You? You are confident in your communication and can handle complex and sometimes sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity. You enjoy working with attention to detail and have a strong interest in figures, follow-up, and processes. You are service-oriented, communicative, and collaborate easily with different functions while taking great personal responsibility for your tasks. Qualifications - Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent education - 2–5 years of relevant experience, for example in Global Mobility, HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or similar role - Strong administrative skills and experience working with figures, analyses, and follow-up - Experience coordinating processes and managing multiple parallel tasks - Good system skills and experience working in various HR and business systems - Ability to communicate complex information clearly and pedagogically - Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Important to Remember When Applying So that we can best understand your competencies and experience, we ask that you submit an updated and clear CV that shows which roles you have held, your responsibilities, and how many years of experience you have in each area.
