Our HR Consultant is on parental leave, and we are therefore seeking an engaged and development-oriented HR Consultant. A relationship-building HR Consultant who wants to contribute to developing our HR processes and be part of creating good conditions for our managers. Your New Job You will be responsible for supporting managers within our HR processes, such as recruitment, work environment, rehabilitation, personnel matters, and salary reviews. Your duties include ongoing HR work as well as participating in and driving municipality-wide and administration-specific development projects within the HR field. As an HR Consultant at City Hall, you work with all department and unit managers at City Hall and provide them support on HR matters. You have a natural interest in staying updated on developments within the HR field and are accustomed to environmental monitoring, networking, and finding good examples. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR/Personnel, behavioral science, social science, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. We would like to see that you have several years of relevant HR work experience with good results. You possess good digital skills and have good experience with various system support. Additionally, you have experience informing and training managers and employees in various HR areas. We are looking for someone who is self-directed and organized, with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy building long-term relationships. You have good communication skills, are clear, and can adapt your message to different audiences and situations. You have the ability to solve challenges through analytical thinking. Furthermore, you work goal- and results-oriented and always keep the big picture in mind to ensure sustainable solutions. You are good at planning, structuring, organizing, and completing your work independently and together with others. You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Good to Know The position is a temporary contract for approximately one year with a start date by agreement. Welcome to Us As an HR Consultant in City Hall's HR Department, you will be an important part of the central administration at City Hall in Jönköpings kommun. The central HR department works closely with HR organizations within the administrations and companies. Our focus is to coordinate HR to better manage our mission. Our workplace is centrally located near the train and bus station in Jönköping in newly renovated premises at Tändstickskontoret.
