About the Position At Perido, we are now recruiting an HR consultant for one of our clients, a central government agency. You will be based at the office located in Stockholm, with some possibility for remote work. Your Responsibilities As an HR consultant, you work closely with the organization's managers and provide qualified support on various HR-related matters. The role combines operational HR work with administrative processes and development of working methods, where you contribute to efficient HR processes and professional management support. Responsibilities: - Provide support and guidance to managers within labor law, recruitment, and workplace environment/rehabilitation. - Manage administrative HR processes and HR systems. - Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes. - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure high-quality HR support to the organization. Your Qualities To thrive in this role, you are service-oriented, communicative, and have a professional approach. You work in a structured manner, take your own initiatives, and have the ability to prioritize between different tasks. At the same time, you are responsive, have an easy way of building trusting relationships, and enjoy collaborating with both managers and colleagues. Qualifications: - University degree in personnel science or equivalent - Documented experience in labor law, recruitment, and systematic workplace environment work - At least three (3) years of experience in operational HR work - Ability to communicate fluently in speech and writing Meritorious: - Experience with HR work within a government agency Scope and Start Date Full-time consulting assignment until 2027-02-28.
