Learn more at www.clockworkpeople.se About the Company We are seeking an HR consultant with at least three (3) years of experience in operational HR work for an assignment in the Stockholm area. The client is a government agency. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will work broadly within HR and serve as close support to managers on operational and employment law matters. The assignment encompasses both strategic and more administrative HR tasks. The assignment primarily includes: - Supporting and advising managers on employment law, recruitment, and systematic workplace environment work/rehabilitation - Managing operational administrative processes and systems in the above areas - Contributing to developing and simplifying HR processes in the above areas - Working as managerial support in organizational, change, and personnel matters The HR unit consists of five employees – two payroll administrators and two HR specialists – led by an HR manager. Your Profile We are looking for a confident and independent HR consultant with a broad perspective on HR work and a good understanding of working in a public sector organization. You have the ability to switch between operational and advisory tasks and enjoy supporting managers in their daily work. We would like to see that you have: - An academic degree in human resources or equivalent - At least three (3) years of experience in operational HR work - Documented experience in employment law, recruitment, and systematic workplace environment work - Experience working closely with managers on personnel and organizational matters - Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Meritorious: - Experience with HR work in a government agency You are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented, with a professional and unpretentious approach. You work well in collaboration and are confident in taking responsibility, both in your own work and in a coordinating role with colleagues, even without formal managerial authority. Previous experience leading or coordinating team work is a merit. The assignment is full-time and is expected to run from September 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027.
