HR Consultant to State Agency

About the Position We are now seeking an HR Consultant to a State Agency in the Stockholm area. The assignment primarily consists of supporting and advising the agency's managers in areas such as labor law, recruitment, systematic occupational health and safety work, and rehabilitation. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing operational administrative processes and systems in the aforementioned areas, as well as contributing to developing and simplifying the agency's HR processes. The HR department consists of five employees and is led by the HR Manager. The HR department is part of the Operations Support Division. Assignment Period and Scope This position is a full-time consultant assignment starting 2026-09-01 and is expected to run through 2027-02-28. Work will be performed primarily at the agency's office on Kungsholmen. Remote work may occur by agreement. Requirements for the Position: • Academic degree in Human Resources or equivalent • Documented experience in labor law, recruitment, and systematic occupational health and safety work • At least three (3) years of experience in operational HR work • Strong ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing For us to be able to move you forward in the process, you must clearly demonstrate in your CV that all of the above requirements are met. Specify which assignment(s) demonstrate the requested experience. Time period should be stated in years and months YY-MM. Meritorious • Experience with HR work in a state agency.
