The team consists of four HR consultants, one HR administrator, and one HR manager who sits in the administration's management group. Your role As an HR consultant, you work close to operations in close collaboration with the administration's managers. You support and coach them in taking confident and professional responsibility as an employer, for personnel, and for operations. The role involves providing qualified HR support in matters relating to employment law, collective agreements, union negotiations, individual cases, rehabilitation, misconduct, and work environment. You work broadly and provide close support to managers and management groups within one or more operational areas. You also work in our HR systems and are responsible for varying HR administrative tasks. Together, we work to develop the operational area and create good conditions for sustainable leadership and professional employer practices. Depending on your competence, experience, and interests, there is also an opportunity to develop within one or more specialist areas over time. This may involve overall responsibility for developing processes and methods, providing support to managers and HR colleagues, and following up and driving issues within specific areas at the administration level. The HR department's strength is that we work together. You always have knowledgeable colleagues to discuss ideas and challenges with, while you independently drive your assignments and take responsibility for your tasks. Your competence and experience We're looking for you who have: an academic degree in HR or other education that the employer deems equivalent several years of experience in HR work, for example as an HR consultant good knowledge within work environment matters good IT skills and experience working in different personnel systems interest and ability to plan and conduct training as well as lead workshops. We consider it meritorious to have: experience from HR work in public sector operations. The role of HR consultant with us involves significant personal responsibility where you take initiative and drive complex personnel matters forward. You easily handle changed conditions, demands, and take a problem-solving approach. Since the role is an internal consultancy with many contact points, it requires good collaboration skills and a service-oriented mindset. You build trusting relationships and are confident in providing support even in complex and sometimes challenging situations.
