HR Consultant with Focus on Health and Work-Related Rehabilitation

Are you ready for your next challenge and want to join us in our continued HR work? We are seeking an engaged and driven HR consultant for the municipality's HR department. Are you the one we're looking for? We at Sektor HR and Lön are part of the Management Administration and are a diverse group of personalities who work on creative ideas while also leveraging previous experience and many years of expertise. We consist of a team that provides administrative support to managers, a health and rehabilitation group that dedicatedly works with these issues, and colleagues who work strategically with municipality-wide development areas/issues. The area also includes the municipality's great team that works with payroll administration. Now we are seeking a new colleague who wants to work both operatively and strategically within the area of health and rehabilitation. What you will do You will have the opportunity to collaborate and develop together with your colleagues. You will support managers in our organization with both overarching and operational issues within health, rehabilitation, work environment, diversity, and equal treatment. The work also involves driving and developing issues in these areas and participating in strategic competence development work, collaboration with other authorities and actors in the field, as well as initiating, leading, and driving development projects. Additionally, you will get to know an interesting organization and meet plenty of wonderful people. In short, you get a chance to have fun at work! The work includes, among other things: Support managers in matters related to work-oriented rehabilitation, from early dialogue to planning, implementation, and follow-up Provide qualified advice within work environment, diversity and equal treatment, labor law, and health related to rehabilitation and adaptation Collaborate with internal functions and external actors, such as occupational health services and union representatives Contribute to training initiatives and workshops for managers and work groups regarding work environment, health, and rehabilitation processes Develop procedures, working methods, and tools that strengthen preventive work environment efforts in the organization Analysis and statistics of sick leave Participate in procurement System administration Who you are You are an unpretentious and curious person who thrives in a daily work where no two days are exactly alike. You have a university degree in HR or other education that we consider equivalent You have experience with qualified HR work with a focus on work environment and rehabilitation You have excellent knowledge of work-oriented rehabilitation and systematic work environment efforts You have very good knowledge of labor law, particularly related to rehabilitation and redeployment processes You express yourself fluently in spoken and written Swedish and feel confident conducting dialogues, meetings, and training sessions You thrive in an advisory role, are structured, solution-oriented, and have a knack for creating trusting relationships Why you want to work with us We work in a culture built on trust, open dialogue, and collegial learning, where it is equally natural to share a new idea as a challenging question.
