JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an HR Consultant with us, you have a central role in developing, driving, and following up on the municipality's work environment efforts. You are part of the HR unit, which is in an exciting development journey, where you and your colleagues help shape the future of HR in Kramfors Municipality. In the assignment, you work with a consultative and coaching approach and support managers in implementing their work environment responsibilities in practice. The role is both strategic and operational, with a clear focus on structure, quality, and long-term development. In the role, you will, among other things: · develop, coordinate, and follow up on the municipality's systematic work environment efforts (SAM), including ensuring compliance with legislation · develop and further develop guidelines, routines, and support within the work environment area · analyze near-misses, occupational injuries, and other work environment data to identify risks and development areas · provide qualified support to managers in work environment efforts, for example in risk assessments, safety rounds, and action plans · plan and conduct training initiatives and collaborate with safety representatives and trade unions We are a smaller HR organization where we work closely with each other and the operations. This means that you, in addition to your specialist area, also contribute to other HR-related matters. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a higher education degree in HR/personnel, work environment, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience in HR work and good knowledge within the work environment area, including relevant legislation such as AML and systematic work environment efforts (SAM). Experience in both strategic and operational work environment efforts is meritorious, as is experience from a politically governed organization.
