Now we are looking for an HR Specialist for a temporary position covering a colleague's leave of absence. You contribute to efficient, quality-assured, and legally sound HR processes within recruitment, employment law, administration, and ongoing management support. The role has no specific area of specialization, which means you support HR specialists in various matters as needed and during periods of higher workload. Your work includes: supporting and assisting managers with HR-related questions working with recruitment administration and job postings, assisting managers in developing job descriptions, conducting selection processes, and conducting interviews, etc. interpreting and applying employment law regulations, collective agreements, and internal guidelines in common HR matters preparing written documents, decision proposals, summaries, and other documentation. Your work includes serving as secretary at various meetings and occupational health committees contributing to and developing processes for international recruitment ensuring that HR processes are implemented and followed in a consistent, transparent, and legally sound manner and that they are clear and understandable to the organization cooperating with union representatives and other internal functions at the university working with and supporting your colleagues in the department, contributing to a good sense of community and a good work environment. Your Qualifications To take on this role, you need to have an academic degree in HR, behavioral science, or employment law and several years of experience with broad HR work in the public sector. You have experience with recruitment, administration, and application of employment law regulations. You also have good digital skills and experience working in HR and recruitment systems as well as Office programs. You have excellent ability to express yourself orally and in writing in both Swedish and English, and you are clear in your communication. With good analytical skills and sound judgment, you can interpret regulations and provide well-founded recommendations on various HR matters. As a person, you are service-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious with high integrity and a legally sound approach. You are collaboration-oriented and build trusted relationships both within and outside your own department. Meritorious Experience with HR work in state operations, university, or higher education institution. Knowledge of regulations governing state employment such as competence and merit, objectivity and impartiality, public access to information and confidentiality, and documentation requirements. Experience working in recruitment systems and personnel administration systems in the public sector. Experience with process development, procedures, or quality assurance within HR. Interest in and experience with how digitalization and AI can contribute to HR development. Your Employment Employment Form: Temporary position, however until at the latest September 30, 2027.
