My name is Emma and I'm the HR Manager at Vitas Group.
Right now we're building the HR function of the future. An HR function that will be close to business, clear, and create real value for managers, employees, and operations.
To succeed, we need one more colleague who wants to join the journey.
A bit about us
Our headquarters is located in Ystad. From here we lead a group that is a market leader in the Nordic region in water drainage and floor drains.
Maybe it doesn't sound like the world's most glamorous products. But the fact is that our solutions are found in everything from residences and hotels to hospitals and commercial properties.
We grow, develop, and invest for the future. And just like many other companies on a growth journey, we need to ensure that the organization develops at the same pace as the business.
That's where HR comes in.
As an HR Generalist with us, you work broadly across the entire HR field.
You become an important part of our HR team and work closely with operations to create the best conditions for our managers and employees.
You will work with, among other things:
Recruitment and onboarding
Rehabilitation cases
Employment law matters
Employer Branding
The HR annual cycle
Competence development
Development and implementation of HR processes
Support for managers in their daily work
Who are you?
We believe you have a few years of experience in broad HR work.
But maybe what's most important isn't exactly what you've done before.
