We're now seeking an engaged HR generalist who wants to join the HR team working with the Staff Unit. Here we work closely with operations and together with experienced HR generalists and specialists in work environment, health, and rehabilitation. FMLOG is in an exciting development phase where logistics within the Swedish Armed Forces is growing. This means HR has an important role in creating conditions for operations through qualified, operationally-focused, and sought-after management support.
Main responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, you are a consultative support to managers at the Staff Unit in their daily work and operate broadly across the entire HR field. The role is varied and gives you the opportunity to combine operational HR work with business development. At FMLOG, you'll have the opportunity to support managers in important operational issues, develop people, and contribute to a stronger defense of Sweden.
In the role you will, among other things:
support managers in recruitment, competence supply, employment law, rehabilitation, work environment, salary formation, and personnel development
independently handle HR matters
cooperate with labor unions
be part of developing routines, processes, and working methods
contribute to the section's continued development and, over time, take responsibility for one or more HR areas
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Personnel Management or other equivalent university education in HR/behavioral science
At least 1–3 years of experience in broad HR work where you have independently supported managers
Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Good knowledge of the Office suite
Class B driver's license

MERITORIOUS
Experience with equivalent HR work over several years
Experience from the Swedish Armed Forces or other public sector operations
Experience with SAP/PRIO
Good knowledge of English
