Many of our work tasks are recurring, such as salary reviews and collaboration, but things also happen frequently in the operations where we quickly need to adjust and create new routines, such as during the pandemic or previous strike warnings. We value collaboration and have time set aside each week for planning, experience sharing, reflection and skills development. While you work broadly within the HR field (in all areas except recruitment), you also have the opportunity to deepen and become part of the strategic work within one of our focus areas; work environment, labor law and agreements, or competency supply. About the Workplace The HR organization is led by our HR Director Annika Tjernström who describes HR work in the following way: "Values and trust are key words for me. A value foundation should be in the body, not in a binder or in a document. When it comes to trust, it is important that we have a permissive climate where you dare to try and where the desire to do right outweighs the fear of doing wrong. Then you get an action-oriented and learning organization!" The work group you will join consists of a unit manager and 19 employees who work as operations-oriented HR generalists.
