We receive women with mental health issues and women with behavioral problems involving violence. We also receive women undergoing medication-assisted treatment (LARO). This role is an important part of creating conditions for SiS to establish a more equitable and efficient approach throughout the organization. As an HR Generalist, you will support the institution's managers and help create conditions for them to fully utilize what they do best—being present leaders. In this role, you work operatively, independently, and comprehensively with all HR areas, including recruitment, systematic workplace environment management, rehabilitation, competency development, employment law such as terms and agreements, and labor negotiations. You will collaborate with various professional groups at the institution, within the agency, and with external actors such as occupational health services. You have experience and knowledge of working with various personnel systems. At SiS, we work with Primula and Reachmee, to mention a few systems. As a new employee at SiS, you will complete SiS basic training. Qualifications To best manage this work, we see the following requirements: Academic degree in HR or equivalent experience. Several years of experience in broad operational HR work. Good knowledge and current experience with employment law advice. Experience with competency-based recruitment. Experience supporting managers on all HR-related questions. Good knowledge of workplace environment legislation, systematic workplace environment management, rehabilitation, and experience working with these processes.
